This plastic PPR pipe extrusion machinery adopts a high-efficiency single screw extruder equipped with a PLC controlling system. It ensures high capacity and stable extruding across the whole line. With suitable modifications, this production line can produce PP-R, PE-RT, and PB pipes for water and gas supply, irrigation, and laminated pipe applications.

The complete line consists of a main loader, hopper dryer, extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter machine, and stacker. Auxiliary options like pipe crushers, belling machines, and high-speed mixers are also available to complete your factory setup.
