This vacuum degas drying-free and energy-saving PET sheet production line features a co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder, offering low energy consumption, a simplified process, and convenient maintenance.
Depending on production capacity requirements, various specifications of co-rotating parallel twin extruders are available with screw diameters of 75/85/95/110/135mm. The unique screw combination structure effectively reduces the viscosity drop of PET resin. The thin-wall, spiral runner internal cooling roller improves cooling efficiency while enhancing production capacity and sheet quality. A multi-component feeding device allows for precise control over the proportions of new material, recycled material, and color masterbatch.
