What is the warranty policy?
Rattan items are guaranteed for at least 3 years, and some Textilene items for 2 years. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by improper application or abusive usage.
Can I leave my cushions outside during rain?
In light rain, it is acceptable. However, in heavy rain, it is recommended to store them. High-density foam cushions should be cleaned and air-dried before storage.
